The kayak is a type of very small vessel, but with a long history (over 2000 years), which is still traveling today with the traditional form thanks to the Eskimos (native people of the arctic).

The traditional kayak is made with simple natural materials by human hands and will continue to exist thanks to people who love the simplicity and feel humble before the majesty of nature.

We are one of the few internationally and the only Greek company manufacturing handmade traditional kayaks.

We make custom made traditional kayaks for your needs with the traditional way using natural materials and manufacturing techniques that ensure the uniqueness of each kayak and «carry» our soul and love for the vessel.

Traditional Sea Kayak

GREENLAND KAYAK

The Greenland kayaks are simple to manufacture, due to the form of their frame (the vessel has “hard chine” form).

Usually they are quite stable and more “friendly” behavior, from other traditional kayaks. We follow the traditional Inuit way of construction, with wooden frame covered with canvas, which at the end waterproofed with varnish or oil paint.

The kayaks are custom made-to-measure paddler. Their weight is low (usually less than 20 kgs), which makes them very easy to use and transfer.

ALEUTIAN KAYAK

The Aleutian kayaks are more complex construction of Greenland, vertical section of the frame has an almost circular shape (multi chine).

They are for more unstable and for more experienced paddlers because of their shape (usually narrow and long). They are fast enough without being influenced by their side winds. They have excellent behavior in the wave because of their more “absorbing” frame. We follow the traditional Inuit way of construction, with wooden frame covered with canvas, which at the end waterproofed with varnish or oil paint.
